Regional innovation grants

Applications for the NBN Grants Program are open.

The initiative helps regionally based individuals and businesses transform ideas into game-changing products and developments that lift the digital capability of regional Australia.

A total prize pool of $125,000 is on offer and grants are available across seven categories: Agriculture, Arts, Education, Health, Indigenous Business, Tourism and Women in Regional Business.

Applications close at midnight September 29.

Community History Awards

The 2024 Victorian Community History Awards are now open.

There are 10 categories including best History Publication, Article, Collaborative Project, Oral History, Community Diversity and Digital Storytelling. All entrants go into the running to receive the prestigious Victorian Premier's History Award ($5000 prize).

The Victorian Community History Awards are presented by Public Record Office Victoria in partnership with the Royal Historical Society of Victoria to celebrate the people involved in community history projects that help all Victorians to better understand their past.

Entries close 5pm, October 2.

UNICEF Young Ambassadors

Applications are now open for all young people aged 16-24 for the 2025 Young Ambassador program.

The 18-month initiative for aspiring young advocate includes training in leadership and advocacy.

Sport club grants

Applications are open for the Sporting Club Grants Program, with grants of up to $5000 for clubs to improve the skills and knowledge of volunteers, coaches and officials.

Grants of up to $4000 are also available to help clubs deliver a new sport or active recreation program.

Clubs can also apply for grants of up to $1000 to purchase uniforms and equipment, and $750 travel grants are available to help clubs participate in competitions away from home.
