Renowned interior designer, author, businessperson and Channel 9 judge of The Block, Shaynna Blaze, will be heading to Lifestyle Communities' newest community on Phillip Island, to celebrate the launch of their clubhouse and attend their family open day. And the good news is, everyone is welcome to come along!

A chance to get up close and personal, guests can attend a live 'In Conversation' with Shaynna Blaze and Fiona Lloyd, Lifestyle Communities' Executive General Manager - Design and Construction. At 12 noon in the clubhouse, they will discuss the importance of clever design and its inspiration, along with the influence of colour and texture and how it contributes to a sense of community, with the impressive clubhouse at Phillip Island a modern and innovative example.

Open to the public and taking place on Saturday January 18 at Lifestyle Communities Phillip Island, the free event runs between 10am and 2pm.

Interested locals, potential downsizers, their families and island visitors alike can enjoy complimentary acai bowls, coffee and pastries for breakfast; reformer pilates demonstrations; a Tai Chi class at 10.30am; there will be a face painter on hand for the kids (cute penguin face anyone?); live music from local talent; a free BBQ lunch prepared by the Phillip Island and San Remo Rotary Club and much more.
