San Remo resident Tony: "Something has to be done. We have to plan ahead. Doing no planning achieves nothing because it gets out of hand. You might not agree with the plan but you have to trust these people, the experts, that's their job. My main issue is around the wording of some points, for example the plan says substantial change, which to me sounds big, but apparently it's not."
