In the Anzac Day round, they faced off against the strong Inverloch A grade team in perfect weather conditions for netball.

The Inverloch team showed great strength across the court, outscoring Phillip Island in every quarter.

Although the result wasn't what the team had hoped for, there were still some impressive performances from individual players.

Anthea Bennett and Jaclyn Clark were the best on court for Phillip Island, for their defensive efforts.

While the loss may be disappointing for the team, the Phillip Island A grade netball team can take this experience as a learning opportunity and use it to prepare for their next game.
