Tough loss for Island U17s

The U17s faced off against arch-rivals Inverloch in a thrilling match that would determine a spot in the Grand Final.

Knowing it would be a tough contest, the Island girls brought their A-game, starting strong and maintaining a lead.

However, Inverloch rallied in the second half, bringing a new level of intensity to the court and regaining the lead.

Despite a valiant effort, the Island girls couldn't quite catch up and both teams delivered an electrifying, nail-biting finish.

Although devastated to see their season come to an end, the Island girls can hold their heads high after a fantastic season.

Throughout the season, these talented young players developed exceptional netball skills and formed strong bonds as a team.

Their dedication and teamwork made this a memorable season, and although it's a sad loss, they can be proud of their achievements.
