The past week has again proven to be a challenge.

It appears this coming week will be much of the same, with hopes the following week will see less restrictions.

Tuesday and Saturday were a mixture of Pairs and Triples.

Tuesday winners were Alan Beddows and Jay Allen-Dale.

Saturday winners, John Parker, Anne Allan and Di Pollock, with runners up John Routley and Alan Beddows.

The Ladies and Men’s Singles first rounds have been played.

The Men’s has had some surprise winners, which is good for the club.

Sometimes that last point is the hardest to achieve and anything can happen.

The Ladies Pairs final on Sunday was won by Robyn Dennis and Sandra Read, the runners up were Jan Dyer and Di Bateman.

The gusty wind conditions tested the players, but spectators were treated to a good game.

Final score 24 to 12 after 17 ends.

Dee Reynolds and Robyn Eames are moving to Bendigo this week.

They have been hard working members with the club’s interest at all times.

They will be missed.

We wish them well with their relocation and we are sure a Bendigo club will welcome them.
