The Phillip Island Aquatic Centre Fund report shows a total income of $302,458 since 2000. Expenditure in that 24-year period was $212,281, with a current balance of $90,176. Several years ago PIACF released their own masterplan and study, showing a Cowes pool could be a profit-making facility with accommodation and a criterium cycle track.
