For the fifth year in a row, Phillip Island Brewing Company has released its limited edition Whale of an Ale, just in time for the Island Whale Festival.
This special release brew celebrates some of the ocean’s most majestic creatures.
Its release coincides with the arrival in Phillip Island’s coastal waters of Humpback and Southern Right whales making their way north.
This year’s brew is a single hopped IPA Style beer, with a mix of stone fruits coming from the Mosaic hops combined with tropical fruit flavours leading to a fresh dry finish.
The limited release ale is available in selected outlets, so make sure you grab yourself a pack to relax and enjoy after a busy day of whale spotting.
You’ll find Whale of an Ale at Rusty Water Brewery Restaurant and Bar, Anchorage General Store, Cowes IGA, Phillip Island Bottle O and Foodworks Inverloch until stock sells out.
