The Phillip Island Jazz Club presents Steve Temple at this week's Sunday Jazz Club, on October 20.

"Steve Temple is excited to be coming back to play at his favourite Jazz Club and we are just as excited that he will be back," said a club spokesperson.

Steve will be playing cornet and his backing group will be Lin Wallace on drums, James Clark on bass, Will Purcell on banjo, Callum Mintzis on trombone and Cam Robbins on clarinet. 

"The quality of this group is unquestioned. Each member of the group are talented individuals who come with a reputation of fine musicianship."

The show is at the usual venue, Phillip Island Bowling Club, 40 Dunsmore Road, in Cowes.

However there is a new starting time, with the event running from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, to allow the band and patrons easier access off the island due to the MotoGP.

Tickets are $20 for Jazz Club Members and $25 for visitors.
