Six luxury cars were delivered to The Block on Justice Road on Friday afternoon.

Three McLarens and three Lamborghinis were carefully driven off the back of two trucks into the former TV reality show property.

The Block owner Adrian Portelli was on site to help with the unloading of the precious cargo and told passersby the cars were there to help celebrate his son’s first birthday party.

As reported in January a 34-year-old Ballarat healthcare worker won the LMCT+ Block Island draw, opting for the $8 million in cash rather than the Block resort on Phillip Island.

Mr Portelli forked out more than $15 million on November 9 to secure the entire property from the 2024 season of the TV show, with all five houses then listed on his LMCT+ website.

Because the eventual winner, Holly, opted for the cash, Mr Portelli retained ownership of The Block houses.
