A special event was held at Phillip Island Winery last week, featuring local makers and providers.
Organised by Bass Coast Shire Council, the event was a networking opportunity for producers and hospitality business owners, as well as a chance to learn how strong local supply chains benefit the community.
The event included a presentation from Food and Fibre Gippsland about the importance of building a trusted provenance brand and success stories from established producers and hospitality professionals who are already telling the Bass Coast story through local produce and collaboration.
