Thousands flocked to local Anzac Services last week, including this group of friends at the Cowes 11am Service. Phillip Martin, Stephen Fullarton, Dogga Luke, Bob Matthews, Kevin Brown and Barry Goldsbury admiring the old Air Force jeep owner Charles Schroder (right) arrived in. Bob and Barry are Vietnam Veterans. Barry also read the Ode to the Anzacs at the Anzac Day ceremony. Kevin is proudly wearing the medals which belonged to his grandfather, who served in the Australian Navy in World War I.
