First quarter virtually went from one end to the other, with both teams alternating points on the board, equal 5 /5 at first quarter.

Still a fight in the second quarter and also a fight to stay upright with such slippery conditions.

Both teams played well and scored similar amounts of goals, however the Island girls managed to get up by two.

Some position changes in both teams, the Island swapped a few players and it paid off with a sneaky lead by 5, having such great versatility in our team is a great bonus.

Fourth quarter the girls used short sharp passes through the mid court, our shooters had a burst of goals, and again Islands defence so strong.

Bunyip struggled to score, and Island took the win 31 to 17 in the end.

These girls are showing such great teamwork week after week.

Best on was Maya for her clever intercepts and Sophia for her brilliance in defence.
