RSL volunteers are selling Anzac Badges outside Coles, Woolworths and IGA San Remo, and in the RSL foyer in the lead up to this year’s Anzac Day commemorations.
An Anzac Day Dawn Service will commence at 6am at the Cowes Cenotaph on Tuesday, April 25.
For the traditional Anzac Day March, marchers will meet at 10.30am at Olive Justice Place, 70 Chapel Street.
The march will commence at 10.40am, moving down Thompson Avenue to the Cenotaph for the 11am Anzac Service.
Organised by the Phillip Island RSL, President Chris Thompson will read the Ode at both services, with all members of the RSL committee taking part in the services.
Representatives from Bass Coast Shire Council and community organisations will lay wreaths at the services.
Members of the Girl Guides will be selling Anzac Badges on the day.
Mr Thompson said everyone was welcome to come back to the RSL after the 11am service.
