The Cowes east rock wall and coastal walk – currently unofficially opened to the public – received a layer of topping last week, ahead of an official launch expected on November 16. The $3.35 million, 360-metre wall and walk between Rose Avenue and Coghlan Road was also expected to have stairs delivered last week.
