This summer, Phillip Island Contemporary Exhibition Space (PICES), in partnership with Bass Coast Shire Council, presents its sixth Summer Exhibition Series, featuring contemporary artists across six weeks.
In December PICES debuted its 50x50 Exhibition with huge success, spotlighting the work of 50 artists.
From January 4 - 27 the series continues with two consecutive curated and highly anticipated Pop-Up exhibitions featuring 22 artists.
Visitors can explore a rich variety of art media including painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, sculpture, and textiles, created by artists from Bass Coast, Gippsland, and beyond.
PICES plays an important role as a bridge between artists and art lovers, collaborating with the new Berninneit Art Gallery in Cowes to promote contemporary art and provide artists with a prestigious, purpose-built space to showcase their work. This exhibition series promises an engaging celebration of regional creativity and talent.
Each artist brings unique perspectives to the series, offering visitors an inspiring glimpse into the region's creative heart.
