February 12 marked a significant milestone for Phillip Island Village School (PIVS), with a new long-term lease signed.
Landholder Ruth Partridge and Principal Kate Eastcott officially signed the new lease, securing the school's tenancy on Berrys Beach Road, Ventnor.
Since opening in early 2016, PIVS has been dedicated to providing a respectful, empowering educational model.
With the new lease in place, the school is now looking ahead, hoping to expand its facilities with new buildings - pending the success of its capital works funding application.
The school community is celebrating the bright future ahead for their school.
