Bullying: no way
1 min read

On Wednesday August 14 Our Lady Star of the Sea Primary School in Cowes celebrated Bullying No Way Week.

Students wore a touch of purple and lessons focused on what it means to belong.

"This has been a wonderful opportunity to remind our students that everyone belongs, and each member of our community helps us to shine at Our Lady Star of the Sea," said Principal Catherine Blackford.

"All learning at Our Lady Star of the Sea is underpinned by our school values; be kind, be safe, be respectful, be responsible, be resilient and be ready.

"During our celebration, students were encouraged to reflect on their connections within our community and were reminded that they don't have to deal with bullying by themselves. As a community, all staff members are here to help our students feel safe and happy at school."
