Newhaven College has announced Bec Anderson is joining the team as its new Admissions Officer.
Bec is well known around the region, having moved from Real Estate for a change of scene. Bec's professional and friendly manner has seen her settle in quickly at the College.
"We are thrilled to have Bec join our school in this important Admissions role. As a Newhaven parent with so many strong relationships in our region, we believe she is ideal for this position," said Principal Mr Tony Corr.
The Admissions Officer role has been designed to replace the more traditional Registrar role, due to Mrs Belinda Manning moving to the Music Administrator role at the College's Performing Arts Wing.
Bec is enjoying the role so far.
"I am delighted to join the Community team as the Admissions Officer. I have been made feel very welcome by staff, students and families. I am really enjoying this career change and exciting new chapter!"
Bec, as Admissions Officer, is joining Steph Thornborrow and Lucy Couper from Marketing and Communications to create the Community Team, established to welcome and inform new and current Newhaven College families from Prep to Year 12.
Bec welcomes any contact regarding future enrolments on 03 5056 7505 and admissions@newhavencol.vic.edu.au.
