The Board of Directors of Community Bank San Remo, Cowes and Grantville are pleased to announce they have acquired the premises at 57 Phillip Island Road for their new Community Bank San Remo branch.
The building is just up the road from where they are currently located.
"The new building will accommodate the Board's administration office as well as offering storage space," Chair Peter Paul commented.
"There are 20 all day parking spaces out the back, dedicated for our staff and customers. The visibility of the site also offers great potential for advertising."
It is anticipated the current San Remo branch will relocate to its new home in mid-2025. The Board's office will move in July this year.
