It was a red-letter day at the Senior Citizens Club in Cowes last week, as members finally got to celebrate the club’s 50-plus years!
With the much anticipated 50th birthday celebrations planned twelve months ago, cancelled due to Covid, the party simply transferred to the 51st birthday!
Highlights of the day include entertainment by the Rockhouse band, and the cutting of a huge cake, specially made for the Club by the Phillip Island Bakery.
