A dazzling fireworks display, sponsored by Bass Coast Shire Council provided a colourful and exciting finale to Carols by the Bay.
Island Voice President Peter Paul praised the fireworks display. "How good was that! A spectacular show, thanks to Bass Coast Shire," he said.
