Business bus in Cowes
1 min read

The State Government's Small Business Bus will be in Cowes to coincide with the Jobs Expo on September 6.

The bus is designed to offer free expert business advice to small business owners and those wanting to start a business.

The government said since it first hit the road 14 years ago, the bus has made more than 3300 visits and helped more than 47,000 small business owners across the state.

Member for Bass Jordan Crugnale urged local businesses to take advantage of the expertise on offer.

"Every business and every business owner in Bass is unique, which is why the Small Business Bus provides tailored expert advice for each business owner to help support them in the way that suits them best," Ms Crugnale said.

Small businesses in Bass can seek general business assistance, as well as advice on business planning, financial and cashflow management, marketing, business compliance and staffing issues - entirely free of charge.

The Small Business Bus will be at Berninneit, 91-97 Thompson Avenue from 10am - 4pm on Friday September 6. Walk-ins are welcome but bookings are recommended.

For those unable to attend in person, online business advisory sessions are available through Business Victoria.
